Our teams respond quickly:
Ultra-portable point-of-care, integrated mini-laboratory...
Dokever deploys certified analysis devices
in partnership with Biogroup and Biosynex.
Thanks to cutting-edge technologies, diagnostics are carried out in the field, without waiting for a transfer to a centralized laboratory. A major asset for interventions in remote environments, industrial settings, major events, or in mobile research contexts.
Integrated into the Mobile Medical Clinic, these tools facilitate medical triage, health security, and performance monitoring.
They allow for a refined diagnosis in just a few minutes with a biological assessment, without external dependencies: assess the condition of an injured person, rule out internal bleeding, detect acute infection, monitor exposed workers, and reduce unnecessary evacuations.
Level 1: Ultra-portable point-of-care. In remote areas, Dokever uses Abbott's i-STAT to perform a rapid assessment from a drop of blood.
Level 2: Decentralized, validated, and connected medical biology. At the heart of the Mobile Medical Clinic, Dokever deploys a mini-laboratory using Biosynex PATHFAST (rapid immunoassay) and Skyla HB1 (biochemistry) technologies. Teams can cover up to 70% of the routine analyses of a traditional laboratory, with remote medical supervision.
Level 3: On-site sampling. For complex analyses (microscopy, cultures), samples are sent to a partner laboratory.
On large construction sites, sensitive sites, or complex environments (tunneling, underground, offshore, hyperbaric), the mobile laboratory allows for immediate diagnoses in the event of illness or injury, to monitor the health of exposed teams, and to ensure continuity of care without interrupting activity.
• A rapid, autonomous assessment, even without immediate access to a medical center, with reliable on-site biological analyses using the PATHFAST and Skyla HB1 automated systems.
• Immediate care for an accident or illness, with no transfer delays, supported by a comprehensive laboratory assessment.
• Improved worker safety, with regular or targeted screenings and field monitoring in extreme conditions, in line with industrial requirements.
The mobile analysis laboratory integrates with emergency health systems deployed during large gatherings (sporting, cultural, humanitarian, industrial) to ensure prioritized patient care, guarantee continuity of care on site, and support scientific research protocols.
• Rapid care for the injured (cardiac measurement, metabolic disorders) with emergency tests performed directly on site, without Immediate evacuation.
• Real-time biological monitoring of athletes (stress studies, post-competition monitoring) and the implementation of in situ research protocols.
• Precious time savings for medical teams, without interruption of care or dependence on an external structure.
• Identify an infection (CRP, PCT, leukocytes) to guide treatment (antibiotics or not).
• Detect an electrolyte imbalance (sodium, potassium, calcium) in a patient who is confused, fatigued, or after intense exertion.
• Detect anemia or internal bleeding (hemoglobin, hematocrit).
• Confirm a myocardial infarction by measuring troponins in a few minutes.
• Assess dehydration or kidney damage (urea, creatinine) in extreme conditions (heat, exertion, stress).
• Monitor diabetes or detect sudden hyperglycemia.
• Diagnose poisoning (abnormal metabolic parameters).
• Assess inflammation or shock (lactates, metabolic assessment).
In an emergency situation
Integrated into the Mobile Medical Clinic, our connected laboratory uses Biosynex point-of-care devices and automated systems to cover up to 70% of standard analyses. In the controlled environment of the mobile clinic (temperature, calibration, humidity), the results are transmitted in real time to a medical biologist (in partnership with Biogroup), ensuring rapid and informed decision-making.
For scheduled interventions
Integrated into the Mobile Medical Clinic, the biological analysis unit provides autonomous medical support for monitoring workers on complex construction sites, assessments in isolated environments, monitoring prolonged events, or mobile medical research. It limits evacuations, optimizes patient travel, and ensures continuity of care on site.
Towards connected and agile medicine, the mobile clinic with integrated laboratory becomes a truly advanced, autonomous diagnostic station, suitable for constrained environments or high flow challenges.
Seamless integration with our global solutions
• Via our Mobile Medical Clinic.
• Via our Medical Assistance service (healthcare devices - emergency services for events or complex sites).
• On request for one-off interventions (in a mobile care unit set up as needed).
Mobile and connected biology strengthens medical autonomy in the field while enabling seamless coordination with remote medical specialists.
What are the human resources and equipment requirements?
Doctors, nurses, first aiders (ALS/ILS/BLS), 24/7 telemedicine.
Dokever mobilizes a tailor-made medical-surgical team for each mission, capable of covering and anticipating all use cases: life-threatening emergencies, resuscitation, minor surgery, laboratory procedures, radiology, ultrasound, treatment delivery via an on-board pharmacy, etc.
The Mobile Medical Clinic can be integrated into the global Medical Assistance service offered by Dokever, with complete coordination of the health and emergency response system.
Depending on your needs, we will work with you to organize transport, deployment, and on-site installation. Dokever also provides all the necessary additional equipment: vehicles, pharmacy supplies, wheelchairs, and more.
The Mobile Medical Clinic, designed based on a 20-foot container, can be transported by land, sea, air, or rail, and can be deployed on site in less than an hour, without a crane.
As part of its comprehensive Medical Assistance and Transport service for over 20 years, Dokever can provide patient transfers to the Mobile Medical Clinic, particularly for people with reduced mobility or those unable to move (accident, emergency, dependency, etc.).
